Overview

This operational grid is managed and executed by M31 Zone. Throughout this Site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer exclusively to M31 Zone command.

By accessing this Site or requisitioning tactical hardware from us, you engage in our “Service” and are unconditionally bound by the following operational protocols (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

Section 1 – TACTICAL GRID PROTOCOLS (AGE & COMPLIANCE)

By accepting these Terms, you verify that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction (strictly 18+). You are expressly prohibited from utilizing our hardware for any illicit or unsanctioned operations.

CRITICAL COMPLIANCE DIRECTIVE: You explicitly acknowledge that all hardware procured from M31 Zone falls into three strict categories: Airsoft/Gel Blaster simulation components, Premium Everyday Carry (EDC) tools, and Traditional Grooming Hardware.
For simulation components, you agree under absolute terms NOT to mount, modify, or deploy them on real steel firearms or lethal weapon systems.
For EDC and grooming hardware, you assume absolute responsibility for safe handling, maintenance, and compliance with local carry laws.

Important Compliance Note: You explicitly acknowledge that products purchased from M31 Zone are intended for Airsoft, Gel Blaster, and Model use ONLY. You agree NOT to use these products on real firearms.

Section 2 – GENERAL DIRECTIVES

We reserve the absolute right to terminate service to any operative, for any reason, at any time. You acknowledge that your transmission data (excluding encrypted payment telemetry) may be routed across various international networks to meet technical operational standards.

Section 3 – INTEL ACCURACY & MODIFICATIONS

We continuously update our armory data. However, we are not liable if specific intel on this Site is delayed. Hardware prices and operational services are subject to immediate recalibration without prior transmission.

Section 4 – HARDWARE & REQUISITIONS (PRODUCTS OR SERVICES)

Certain tactical assets are available exclusively via this digital grid.

These assets are manufactured in strictly limited batches and are subject to return only under our established Return Protocol.

HARDWARE DISCLAIMER: We have calibrated our displays to reflect the true anodized colors and textures of our gear. We cannot guarantee your monitor’s accuracy. We reserve the right to restrict hardware deployment to any geographic sector or individual if unauthorized lethal modification is suspected.

Section 5 – BILLING & COMMAND INTEL ACCURACY

We reserve the right to reject any requisition.

We may, at our sole discretion, restrict the quantity of hardware deployed per operative or per logistics route.

You are required to maintain current, precise, and operational billing and transmission data for all transactions.

SECTION 6 – THIRD-PARTY ASSETS & COMM-LINKS

This grid may contain links to third-party tactical networks or utilize third-party tracking algorithms. We provide these “as is” with no absolute warranties.
We are not liable for the operational integrity of external grids.

SECTION 7 – SUBMISSIONS & FEEDBACK

If you transmit tactical feedback, blueprints, or operational suggestions to our command, you grant M31 Zone the unrestricted right to edit, deploy, or distribute these assets across any medium without compensation.

SECTION 8 – PERSONAL TELEMETRY (PRIVACY)

The acquisition and safeguarding of your operational data are strictly governed by our Data Privacy & Security Protocol (Privacy Policy).

SECTION 9 – ERRORS & OMISSIONS

Occasional anomalies in typography, pricing, or logistics data may occur.
We reserve the right to execute immediate corrections, update intel, or cancel orders if any parameters are found to be compromised, without prior notice.

SECTION 10 – RESTRICTED ENGAGEMENTS (PROHIBITED USES)

Under no circumstances shall this Site or its hardware be used:
(a) for any unlawful combat or operational purpose;
(b) to violate any international, federal, or provincial laws;
(c) to infringe upon our intellectual property rights;
or (d) to modify, adapt, or weaponize any replica component for use in live-fire, lethal operations.

SECTION 11 – LIABILITY LIMITATION & INDEMNIFICATION

M31 Zone does not guarantee uninterrupted grid access.

In no event shall M31 Zone, our commanding officers, directors, or logistics partners be held liable for any operational injury, tactical failure, lost revenue, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service or hardware.

You agree to fully indemnify and hold M31 Zone harmless from any third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

SECTION 12 – JURISDICTION & GOVERNING LAW

These Operational Protocols and any separate service agreements shall be governed by and strictly construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.

SECTION 13 – PROTOCOL UPDATES & CONTACT COMMAND

M31 Zone reserves the right to overwrite or upgrade these Terms at our sole discretion. Continuous monitoring of this page is your responsibility.
