Order Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Estimates 

We offer worldwide shipping from our warehouses in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days for the US, UK, CA, and AU. For other international locations, it may take 10-20 business days.

• Shipping Cost: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and destination.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs inspection or carrier delays, which are out of our control.

Batteries & Special Items 

Some products (e.g., illuminated sights, lasers, flashlights) may contain lithium batteries. Due to international aviation safety regulations, these items may be shipped via a specialized battery carrier, which may have different tracking updates compared to standard parcels. In some cases, items may be shipped in separate packages.

Tracking Your Order 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at m31@m31zone.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
