How long does shipping take?
We ship worldwide from our warehouses.
USA / UK / Australia / Canada: Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days.
Other Countries: Please allow 10-20 business days depending on local customs clearance.
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by holidays or customs delays.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as it leaves our facility.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
To get your gear to you as fast as possible, or due to aviation safety regulations regarding batteries (in sights/lasers), we may split your order into multiple packages. If you receive one item first, don’t worry—the rest is on the way!
Do I have to pay customs/taxes?
We do our best to optimize shipping to avoid unnecessary fees.

Are these parts for real firearms? (Important)
ABSOLUTELY NOT. All products sold on M31 Zone are strictly for Airsoft, Gel Blaster, and Model use ONLY. They are not compatible with real firearms and strictly cannot be modified to function as such. We promote safe and responsible wargaming sports.
Will this rail/stock fit my blaster?
Most of our accessories are designed for standard M4 / AR15 style Airsoft (AEG/GBB) and Gel Blaster platforms. However, due to slight brand tolerances (e.g., JingJi vs. Kublai vs. TM), some minor modification (sanding/shimming) might be required. If you are unsure, please email us before buying!

Can I cancel my order?
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You would need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return.
