Every piece of hardware at M31 Zone undergoes rigorous inspection before leaving our facility.

Standard order processing and dispatch are executed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and operational holidays) following payment verification.

You will receive an automated dispatch notification once your gear is locked in for transit.

Note: During peak operational cycles, tactical gear drops, or high-volume periods, processing tolerances may be slightly extended to ensure zero compromises on QA.

GLOBAL ROUTING & TRANSIT TIMEFRAMES

M31 Zone utilizes secure international freight networks, routing primarily through our dispatch hubs in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

• Standard Deployment: Estimated at 7-15 business days for primary sectors (US, UK, CA, AU). For other international zones, transit requires 10-20 business days.

• Freight Calculations: Logistics costs are dynamically calculated at checkout, dictated strictly by the total mass of your hardware and destination coordinates.

• Border Compliance: Please acknowledge that cross-border customs inspections and international carrier delays are absolute variables beyond our operational control.

HAZMAT & TACTICAL ELECTRONICS

Hardware equipped with lithium power cells (e.g., optical sights, laser modules, high-lumen illuminators) are subject to strict international aviation safety mandates.

These specific assets must be routed through specialized hazardous-material logistics channels.

Consequently, tracking telemetry for these items may update differently than standard freight.

Complex loadouts may be divided and deployed in separate tactical parcels to ensure compliance and delivery.

Upon dispatch, a routing transmission containing your tracking telemetry will be sent to your inbox. Please allow up to 48 hours for the international tracking nodes to activate.
