ASSET RETRIEVAL & REFUND PROTOCOL (RETURN POLICY)

1. OPERATIONAL WINDOW (RETURN PERIOD)

M31 Zone authorizes a 35-day asset return window. You have exactly 35 days from the moment your hardware is dispatched from our logistics hub to initiate a return request. If 35 days have elapsed since deployment, the operational window is permanently closed, and no refunds or asset exchanges will be authorized.

2. STRICT ELIGIBILITY FOR RETRIEVAL

The following assets are strictly non-returnable:

• Tactical Power Cells: Loose lithium batteries (often deployed with lasers or optical sights) cannot be returned via standard freight due to international aviation hazard mandates.
• Bio-Sanitary Hardware (Razors & Grooming): Under strict international health and biological safety protocols, all traditional grooming hardware, razors, and deployed blades are strictly FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges are authorized once the sanitary seal is breached or the item has left our controlled facility.
• Digital Capital: Digital gift cards are non-refundable.

• Clearance Hardware: Only standard-issue, regular-priced assets are eligible for refunds. Clearance or highly discounted gear is final sale unless mechanically defective. 3. RMA INITIATION (HOW TO RETURN) To initiate an asset retrieval, you must follow strict command procedures:

• Comm-Link: Transmit an email to m31@m31zone.com with the exact subject line: “Return Request: Order #[Your Order Number]”.

• Intel Required: Your transmission must include your Order Number, the tactical justification for the return, and clear photographic evidence proving the hardware is uninstalled and in flawless condition.

• RMA Authorization: Upon verification, command will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and exact routing coordinates.

• Unauthorized Returns: Any hardware shipped back to our facilities without a verified RMA will be intercepted and rejected.

4. LOGISTICS & SHIPPING COSTS

• M31 Zone Responsibility: If the hardware arrives defective, compromised, or incorrect due to a dispatch error, M31 Zone will absorb the return logistics costs or deploy a free replacement asset.
• Operative Responsibility (Change of Mind): If you are returning an asset due to a tactical error on your part (e.g., wrong size/color ordered, or change of operational parameters), you are entirely responsible for all return freight costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Note: For assets valued over $75, we strongly mandate the use of trackable freight or logistics insurance. We do not guarantee the secure arrival of unsecured return parcels.

5. CAPITAL REALLOCATION (REFUNDS)

You will receive a comm-link notification once your returned asset has breached our facility and passed mechanical inspection.

• Approved: Capital will be automatically reallocated to your original payment gateway (Stripe or PayPal) within 5-10 business days.
• Partial Allocation: M31 Zone reserves the absolute right to execute only partial refunds (or fully reject the return) for assets that fail the mechanical inspection, exhibit wear, or are missing components not caused by our logistical error.

6. RESTRICTED ASSETS (NON-RETURNABLE)

The following assets are strictly non-returnable:

• Digital Capital: Digital gift cards are non-refundable.

7. PROCESSING LATENCY (LATE REFUNDS)

If your capital has not materialized:

1. Re-verify your banking portal.
2. Contact your credit network (Stripe/PayPal transactions routinely experience a 3-5 business day latency).
3. Contact your primary bank to verify pending processing times. If all protocols have been exhausted and your capital is still missing, initiate contact at m31@m31zone.com.

8. ASSET SWAPS (EXCHANGES)

For maximum operational efficiency, the fastest method to secure a different asset is to initiate a standard return for your current hardware and execute a separate, new requisition for the desired gear.

9. EU JURISDICTION COMPLIANCE (14-DAY COOLING-OFF)

Notwithstanding the above protocols, if your hardware is being deployed into the European Union, you maintain the legal right to cancel or return your requisition within 14 days, without justification. The asset must still meet all strict pristine condition requirements outlined in Section 2.
