Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Period

We have a return policy that lasts 35 days from the date of shipment. This means you have 35 days from the day your order was dispatched from our warehouse to request a return. If 35 days have passed since your order was shipped, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

• Unused & Uninstalled: The item must show no signs of installation, scratches, wear, or modification (e.g., screw marks on rails, filed surfaces, or glue residue).

• Original Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

• Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt or Order Number (e.g., #M31-xxxx) sent to your email.

Important: We cannot accept returns for parts that were damaged due to improper installation, compatibility issues ignored by the user, or user modification. Please ensure the part is compatible with your specific Airsoft or Gel Blaster model before attempting installation.

3. How to Start a Return

As we operate on a streamlined system, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@m31zone.com with the subject line “Return Request: Order #[Your Order Number]”.

2. Provide Details: In the email, please include:

   • Your Order Number.

   • The reason for the return.

   • Photos of the item (specifically showing that it is uninstalled and in original condition).

3. RMA Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)number and instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Shipment: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs

• Defective or Wrong Items: If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, M31 Zone will cover the return shipping costs or provide a free replacement.

• Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color, or simply do not need it anymore, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

• Approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 5-10 business days.

• Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to grant only partial refunds (or reject the return) for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

6. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

• Batteries: Loose lithium batteries (often sold with lasers or sights) cannot be returned via standard mail due to international shipping safety regulations.

• Gift Cards: Digital gift cards are non-refundable.

• Clearance Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale/clearance items cannot be refunded unless defective.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company (Stripe/PayPal transactions often have a processing delay of 3-5 business days).

3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@m31zone.com.

8. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

9. European Union 14 day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
